Ever since I arrived here in Florida coming from New Jersey, I was welcomed with open arms by the team members of Align. I didn’t know many people upon moving down here and being that this was my first job coming out of PT school I really didn’t know what to expect or what was expected out of me being a new graduate.
Looking back over the last 2 years being with this company I can definitively say that I made the right choice when it comes to finding the ideal company that is going to assist in my growth, providing necessary support and assistance when needed, as well as being embraced as a member of the Align Physical Therapy family. The crucial assistance that Robin and Madeline provide me on a daily basis pertaining to scheduling, insurance dilemmas, and patient authorization is invaluable. The necessary oversight that our director of operations, Amy, maintains to ensure all of the therapists remain credentialed and within compliance is essential behind the scenes work that ensures smooth day to day functioning of each location without the need for the therapist to even lift a finger.
Our boss, Steve Ryland, is one of the friendliest yet accountable bosses I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Steve sets the standard for excellence in patient care in addition to ensuring every therapist receives vital knowledge on how to effectively document and providing useful tools to assist in efficient documentation procedures. Looking at the company as a whole there is a lot of moving parts, however due to the hard work of every employee within this company day-to-day operations are able to run smoothly without a gap in communication or collaboration ever occurring.
One of my personal favorite attributes about this company is that not only is this company patient centered and focused, but it’s also focused on the health and wellbeing of the hard working therapists. This truly is a “mom and pop” owned company with it’s main objective being to provide the highest standard of care while forging lifelong relationships with it’s coworkers and patients.
